About us

An independent publication about relationships — no paid placements, no affiliate rankings, no course for sale.

We publish guides about building and repairing a relationship: communication, dating, arguments and repair, long distance, and trust and intimacy. Every guide is researched and written by our editorial team, reviewed on a schedule, and published with the date of its last review — including when the review changed nothing.

How we pay for it. We build websites for coaches, therapy practices and relationship apps. That work is completely separate from the editorial side: a client cannot be covered more favourably, and no client is named in a guide.

What that means for the guides. No app, coach or service can buy a mention, a ranking or a link. Where a guide recommends an approach, it is because it fits the situation being described. Where we have a commercial relationship with something we discuss, the guide says so in the text.

What we do not do. We do not sell courses or coaching, we do not run affiliate links, and we do not accept payment in exchange for coverage.

This is not therapy. Our guides describe general practice for ordinary relationship difficulty. Abuse, coercive control, addiction, untreated depression and trauma need a professional, and we say so in the guides rather than offering you another script.

Corrections. If something here is wrong or out of date, write to us and we will fix it and re-date the guide. Corrections are made in the text, not quietly.

Written in house

Every guide is researched and written by our editorial team, not spun from other sites.

Reviewed on a schedule

Each guide carries the date of its last review, and we publish the date even when nothing changed.

No paid placements

No app, coach or therapy service can buy a mention, a ranking or a link here.

Twelve languages

Every guide is translated, not machine-popped — each language has its own URL and its own review date.

Not therapy

We say plainly when a situation is beyond self-help and belongs with a professional.
